These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of jewishstatus.com and related services (the "Service") provided by JewishStatus ("JewishStatus", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

JewishStatus lets you browse and view publicly shared WhatsApp-style statuses from creators, save posts, and follow creators. Availability of content and features may change over time.

Accounts & sign-in

You may sign in with email, Google, or a one-time code sent to your mobile number. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity under your account.

SMS / text messaging terms

By choosing "Text me a code" and submitting your mobile number, you opt in and consent to receive a one-time verification (login) code from JewishStatus by SMS. This is a transactional authentication program, not marketing.

Message frequency varies — you receive a message only when you request a login code.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.
Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in unauthorized ways.
Do not use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.

Content & intellectual property

Statuses and media are the property of their respective creators and owners. The JewishStatus name, site, and software are our property. You may not copy or redistribute the Service except as permitted.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JewishStatus is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
