Authorities alerted a driver who ignored warnings of a washed-out bridge ahead amid flooding in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, on November 2. “Don’t be the person who blows through a CDOT (Colorado Department of Transportation) roadblock and almost drives into the Piedra River where the bridge over US 160 no longer exists. Despite our patrols blocking roads, this still almost happened,” Colorado Parks and Wildlife Southwest Region (CPW SW Region) wrote on X.
