🇺🇸✡️ -- LATEST UPDATE: NYPD Commissioner now confirms 2 victims stabbed on UWS in Manhattan, an Asian man and a Jewish man, both expected to survive. NYPD confirms the suspect Raul Morales, 51, was arrested. Witnesses say he yelled "Allahu Akbar" during both attacks. Police is evaluating as possible hate crime. Mental health may also be a factor, per initial investigation. No known link between suspect and victims.
