Transport for London (TfL) came under heavy criticism after records revealed staff spent over £30,000 on parking fines and road charges in a single year using company credit cards. The investigation also uncovered lower-level corporate spending, including over £445 spent at bakeries like Greggs and GAIL's, as well as purchases for news subscriptions and non-alcoholic wine. TfL defended the charges, explaining that emergency staff often must park at the nearest available spot during urgent incidents and that employees reimburse the agency when appropriate, while catering expenses covered staff working overtime. Critics, however, slammed the spending as a waste of public funds and taxpayer money, especially coming alongside recent increases in public transit fares across London. *Ales Status* ⤵️ https://wa.me/447748745482?text=Hi%2C%20my%20name%20is%20 *Ales Group* ⤵️
