A new york Judge threw out NY sensitive location of Airport effective immediately *What this means* that areas of the airport that are pre security screening are now a area where you are allowed to carry a firearm *When* the ruling officially takes effect immediately.But since this just happened if you were to go to these areas you might be stopped because officers might not be aware of this change *More details* new york might attempt to appeal this ruling.But until then, this is how it stays *Bigger picture* these are all great developments, as each sensitive location gets stricken down *Another point* as part of this lawsuit, new york tried to claim that the plaintiff should not be considered a law abiding citizen.Because when he was asked questions invoked the fifth amendment right And said that he is not answering question, the judge obviously and rightfully commented at how ridiculous of a statement that is, as using the fifth amendment is not an opposition to being a law.Abiding citizen
