*UPDATE: Concealed Carrier Stops School Shooter Before Police Arrive* A 16-year-old gunman was shot and killed by an armed adult at Silver Rail Elementary School in Bend, Oregon, before police arrived, according to CNN’s John Miller. Authorities say the rapid response may have prevented further casualties. CNN reported that the initial call came in at 12:59 p.m., with multiple police units arriving by 1:02 p.m. By then, the shooter had already been neutralized by the armed individual at the scene. “We can only imagine in our worst imagination that had that person with a firearm not been there and taken that action… that the casualties could be worse, that this could have gone on longer,” a speaker said. _*Join OTN today and stay ahead with breaking global, national, and relevant news.*_ *Click the link to join the OTN Community👇* https://chat.whatsapp.com/KrLQFjvPeq9AZSkTekYXUg ~~~
