Sometimes the right business decision is to close the business. If you're losing money month after month, have no clear plan to become profitable, and keep telling yourself that "more sales" will fix everything, it's time to ask some hard questions. There's nothing wrong with closing a business that no longer works. What's dangerous is continuing to lose money without a realistic path to turning it around.
