If you're the smartest person in every department, you probably hired the wrong people. Your accountant should know finance better than you. Your marketing person should know marketing better than you. And your operations manager should be better at running daily operations. Your job isn't to have all the answers. It's to hire people who do, give them responsibility, and let them make decisions. Otherwise, you've hired employees but kept all the work for yourself.
