Brooklyn Borough President Antonio Reynoso has opened applications for residents interested in serving on the borough's 18 community boards. These volunteer boards help address neighborhood concerns involving housing, zoning, transportation, sanitation and public safety. New Yorkers ages 16 and older who live, work or have a significant interest in a Brooklyn neighborhood are eligible to apply. Applications are being accepted through February 8, 2027, at the Brooklyn Borough President's website⁠.
