A little glimpse inside one of the largest challah bakeries in Europe, where we collect challahs each week for Klal Yisroel! At this time of year, truckloads are also heading out to the summer camps. This bakery has been in the trade for nearly 50 years, producing countless challahs week after week. You may be wondering why I am here tonight, and why I am filming the collection myself… Usually, our incredible pickup volunteers do an amazing job collecting from locations across London. But it is the holiday season, and everyone deserves a well-earned break. Please do not ask about my break—it seems to have already expired in this gilgul! 🙃 Anyway, we now need to head back to the Hub, where our brilliant night-team backup volunteers will be coming to help prepare everything lekavod Shabbos Kodesh.
