Israel: An Israeli was killed, two were seriously wounded and at least two others lightly injured in a shooting near the Havad Gilad settlement in the West Bank. The IDF said Palestinians confronted Israeli hikers, with one stealing the weapon of the settlement’s security coordinator and opening fire. The Israeli victim was identified as 32-year-old Bnayahu Malat, a member of Gilad Farm’s emergency response squad. At least four Palestinians were also reportedly killed in the incident. The IDF said it launched a manhunt for the terrorist and located and killed him after the shooting.
