UK: Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood has announced an independent review into the murder of 18-year-old Henry Nowak, who was stabbed five times while walking home from a night out in December last year. Police bodycam footage showed officers handcuffing the dying teenager and failing to provide immediate first aid as he repeatedly told them he had been stabbed and could not breathe. His killer, Vickrum Digwa, who falsely accused Nowak of racially attacking him, was sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum term of 21 years.
