UK: The Jewish Leadership Council (JLC) and Community Security Trust (CST) have been granted permission to intervene in the Supreme Court appeal challenging the government’s ban on Palestine Action. The two organisations will be able to present arguments to the court as it considers whether the decision to proscribe Palestine Action as a terrorist organisation was lawful.
