UK: A man charged in connection with last year’s Manchester synagogue terror attack has pleaded not guilty to failing to disclose information regarding terrorist activity. Prosecutors allege CCTV evidence of conversations between Hekmat Omar Ali Hakim, 49, and attacker Jihad Al-Shamie shows Hakim “condoning and supporting” the terrorist action. The court heard Hakim attended the same mosque as Al-Shamie and travelled in a car with him on several occasions before the attack. Hakim was remanded in custody and is due to appear at the Old Bailey on 25 September.
