UK: Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband has met representatives of Jewish organisations from seven countries in London to discuss rising antisemitism and strengthen international cooperation. The J7 Global Task Force expressed “serious concern” over recent UK government measures and rhetoric targeting Israel, claiming they have had a “detrimental impact in their own countries and communities.” The meeting, chaired by the Board of Deputies, brought together representatives from the UK, US, France, Germany, Canada, Australia and Argentina. Miliband pledged stronger international cooperation against antisemitism, with Britain agreeing to host a future ministerial-level meeting on the issue.
