Russia: Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky says Ukraine has carried out long-range strikes on two Russian oil refineries in Bashkortostan and Yaroslavl, with huge clouds of black smoke seen over Yaroslavl. The region's governor called it the "largest ever attack by enemy drones", saying 93 drones were destroyed but oil storage tanks were hit by falling debris. Russia's military said it intercepted and destroyed 605 Ukrainian drones across multiple regions. Meanwhile, Ukrainian officials said six people were killed in separate Russian attacks, including three in a residential area, two at a railway station, and one when a wheat-carrying ship was struck near Odesa.
