Israel: Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has announced plans for a major military operation in Hebron following this morning’s terror attack, vowing to “destroy” the neighbourhood from which the two Palestinian terrorists originated. Speaking during a visit to Hebron alongside Defence Minister Israel Katz, Netanyahu said Israeli forces would evacuate residents, search homes for weapons and destroy what he described as terrorist infrastructure. Netanyahu also revealed that the IDF is preparing for what he described as its largest military operation in the West Bank since the 1967 Six-Day War.
