An Israeli food technology company is bringing 3D-printed meat alternatives to U.S. grocery stores, offering plant-based products designed to replicate the taste, texture, and appearance of real meat. Steakholder Foods announced the U.S. launch of its Perfecta brand, featuring five products made using 3D-printing technology: chicken breast, filet mignon, marbled steak, salmon patties, and white fish patties. The products are set to enter retail outlets across the northeastern United States, marking another step in the expansion of alternative proteins as companies develop increasingly sophisticated ways to recreate animal products without using conventional meat.
