*KC Market Is Here To Stay After Settling Eviction Dispute In Boynton Beach* A popular kosher grocery store will remain in its Boynton Beach-area location after settling a rent dispute with its landlord. KC Market, located at the Village Square at Golf plaza on Woolbright Road and Military Trail, faced an eviction lawsuit filed in June. The landlord claimed the store owed $361,000 in unpaid rent. KC Market said the landlord owed it more than $565,000 for upgrades and work done under the lease. Both sides reached an amicable settlement. A Palm Beach County judge dismissed the case on August 7. Owner Joseph Gopin confirmed the news: “KC Market is here to stay.” The store also plans to open its new bagel restaurant, Boss Bagels, later this month. KC Market operates additional locations in Hollywood and Hallandale Beach.
