RJC Endorses Former Boca Mayor Scott Singer For Congress In FL-25 The Republican Jewish Coalition has endorsed former Boca Raton Mayor Scott Singer in Florida’s 25th Congressional District race. Singer, a longtime RJC leader, is the GOP nominee after winning the August primary. He now faces Democratic Rep. Jared Moskowitz in November in the newly drawn coastal district that runs from Delray Beach down through Boca, Broward, and into Miami Beach.
