*A recently completed mansion in North Miami sold for $24 million, breaking the city's price record, according to selling broker Joel Lusky of The Brokerage South Florida.* NAJ FL Holdings, led by Darren Gerard, managing director of Traditional Financial Services in New York, sold the 8,066-square-foot home at 11400 N. Bayshore Drive in the gated San Souci Estates to a trust in the name of Kymberly A. Foglia. She is the former head of marketing for medical device manufacturer Sage Products, which was founded by her father, Vince Foglia. Stryker acquired Sage Products for $2.8 billion in 2016. Lusky represented the seller in the deal while William B. McClain of the McClain Group worked with the buyer. The price equated to $2,975 per square foot. Lusky said the seller at first planned to move into the home, but later decided to sell it. The home features seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a bar, an elevator, a balcony, a pool, and a dock. The price record in North Miami was previously $20.75 million for a new home sold in San Souci Estates in 2024, also brokered by Lusky. He said more wealthy buyers are discovering homes along Biscayne Bay in North Miami because they have wide-open bay views, plus the new construction is better than other homes in the area. Another Lusky-brokered sale recently broke the price record in North Miami’s Keystone Point, as JVP Development Group sold the 6,181-square-foot home at 13000 North Bayshore Drive for $12.5 million to a trust led by Sandra Sigler.
