Greenberg Traurig Relocating West Palm Beach Office To 15 CityPlace Major law firm Greenberg Traurig is moving its longtime West Palm Beach office from Phillips Point to the new 15 CityPlace tower. The firm signed a 10-year lease for the entire 12th floor, about 25,000 square feet. Move-in is set for fall 2027. 15 CityPlace is the under-construction Class AA office tower from Related Ross in the heart of downtown CityPlace. Greenberg Traurig has kept a West Palm Beach office for more than 40 years. The new space will support continued growth in one of South Florida’s fastest-expanding business districts.
