Today, Gabe Groisman attended the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office annual Jewish High Holiday Security Briefing. Leadership from the Sheriff’s Office, Florida’s Attorney General and CFO, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the Florida Highway Patrol, county commissioners, mayors, community leaders, and municipal police chiefs from across the county all took part. The level of coordination and support for the Jewish community remains unmatched. As the High Holidays approach, this kind of commitment helps keep local synagogues and families safer.
