*Crash Update: Two Drivers Arrested After Fatal Collision* Police identified the woman killed in yesterday’s wrong-way crash on the West Shore Expressway as Duck Park, 66, of Todt Hill. The Range Rover driver, Shannon Theodore, 36, was charged with vehicular manslaughter and driving while intoxicated.
