*Another 9/11 Victim Identified Through New DNA Technique* The NYC Medical Examiner’s Office has identified another woman killed in the September 11 attacks using genetic genealogy, a technique combining DNA testing with family-tree research. She is the second victim identified through this method, following the first identification in August. Her name is being withheld at her family’s request. The identification brings the total to 1,655 of the 2,753 people killed at the World Trade Center.
