*Citi Bike Expands Again, With Staten Island Still Left Out* Citi Bike has completed an expansion into seven more neighborhoods, adding 230 stations across Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx. The new locations include Bay Ridge and Kensington, putting more than half of New York City’s population within a five-minute walk of a docking station. Staten Island still has no Citi Bike stations.
