*Man Charged With Punching Doctor in RUMC Emergency Room After Being Denied Painkillers* A 59-year-old homeless man, Clifford Jones, has been charged with assault after allegedly punching a doctor in the emergency room at Richmond University Medical Center in West Brighton on Oct. 19. According to the criminal complaint, Jones demanded oxycodone, and when the doctor refused and told him to leave, he struck him in the face. An NYPD officer at the hospital arrested him on the spot.
