*Power Outage: Hundreds Affected on Staten Island* A power outage initially affected about 1,000 Con Edison customers this afternoon, with 204 still without electricity as of the 2:47 p.m. report. Notify NYC said the outage was mainly concentrated in ZIP code 10308. The broader area shaded on Con Edison’s map also appears to include Manor Heights, Willowbrook and Westerleigh, though specific affected streets in those neighborhoods were not identified. The cause was still being determined. *_Join the Island Media WhatsApp Status_* https://wa.me/19297271071?text=Subscribe *_Join the Island News and Updates group_* https://chat.whatsapp.com/Bi5MGP3Nx1qJUoVkKmYW5j
