*Gas Main Struck in Tottenville, FDNY HazMat Responds* A gas main was struck Friday morning in Tottenville, prompting an all-hands response by the FDNY, including a HazMat unit, along with National Grid crews. The incident was reported at about 9:06 a.m. According to Councilman Frank Morano, a private contractor struck the gas main near Madera Street and Amboy Road.
