*Power Outage Delays Voting at Stapleton Polling Site* Voting at the Gerard Carter Center, 230 Broad St. in Stapleton, started about half an hour late this morning after a power outage at the site, according to the Board of Elections. Polls were supposed to open at 6 a.m., but voting could not begin until about 6:30 a.m. Once the power came back, everything worked, and no other problems have been reported at the site. Polls are open until 9 p.m. tonight. *_Join the Island Media WhatsApp Status_* https://wa.me/19297271071?text=Subscribe *_Join the Island News and Updates group_* https://chat.whatsapp.com/Bi5MGP3Nx1qJUoVkKmYW5j
