*Traffic Alert: Twisted Signal Confuses Hylan Boulevard Drivers* A traffic light and left-turn signal facing the wrong direction caused congestion today on Tottenville-bound Hylan Boulevard at Ebbitts Street in New Dorp. Drivers at the front struggled to see when to proceed, while a second set of signals remained operational. It was unclear whether a vehicle or the recent storm caused the damage.
