*Boating and Fishing Suspended at Clove Lakes Park* Boating and fishing have been suspended at Clove Lakes Park after sewage from the Stone House restaurant was found entering the lake. The Parks Department confirmed today that the activities were halted as a precaution. A September 1 dye test confirmed that sewage from the restaurant was entering the lake. The restaurant remains open while the state Department of Environmental Conservation investigates. The discovery follows a separate sewage problem at a Parks Department garage on Slosson Avenue, where faulty connections allowed waste to enter the park’s lake system.
