*FBI Has Sought Lebanese Hezbollah Fundraiser Linked to Venezuela Since 2015* The FBI has sought information about Ghazi Nasr al-Din, a Lebanese national with Venezuelan citizenship, since January 2015 over his alleged fundraising activities for Hezbollah. According to the FBI's wanted-for-questioning notice, Nasr al-Din reportedly met Hezbollah officials in Lebanon to discuss operational matters and solicited donations for the terrorist organization. He also announced the opening of a Hezbollah-sponsored community center and office in Venezuela. The case highlights Hezbollah's longstanding financial and operational connections in Latin America, particularly Venezuela. The FBI notice dates back to 2015 and does not, by itself, establish his current whereabouts or legal status.
