*Trump Calls Nvidia CEO Live: “The Robots Will Not Be Taking Over”* Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang put President Trump on speakerphone in front of the audience during the All-In Summit in Los Angeles after receiving an unexpected call from the President. Trump dismissed growing warnings over the dangers of rapidly advancing artificial intelligence as a “hoax.” “The robots will not be taking over,” Trump said, arguing that slowing American AI development could benefit China. Huang agreed that the U.S. should not allow the AI race to slow, while separately saying that genuine safety concerns should still be taken seriously.
