*UK Granted Citizenship to Former Hamas Chief’s Guard Now Accused in Terror Plot* A former bodyguard for Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh was granted British citizenship after moving to the UK and is now accused of helping coordinate antisemitic attacks in Europe. The Sunday Times reports that the man, identified only as “Mr X” for legal reasons, lived in England and worked as an IT consultant. British authorities reportedly acted after intelligence about the alleged plot was provided by Israel’s Mossad.
