*Syrian Report Raises Concerns Over Israeli Activity on Mount Hermon* A Syrian investigative platform has raised concerns over footage reportedly showing Israeli soldiers renovating and painting a building on Mount Hermon, approximately 22 miles from Damascus. The platform questioned whether the structure is being prepared as a military observation post or could be linked to activists advocating Jewish settlement in the Bashan region. The report cites a post by the Halutzei HaBashan movement referring to the location as "Tel Hermon Settlement." There is no confirmation that the IDF intends to establish a civilian community at the site.
