Al-Quds Editor Pushes Back on Terror Evidence, Urges Caution Over Flydubai Attack Ibrahim Melhem, editor-in-chief of the Palestinian newspaper Al-Quds, is pushing back against the initial assessment that the Flydubai incident may have been terrorism-related. Melhem argued that it is too early to describe the incident as terrorism or an act of jihad and called for the investigation to conclude first. According to Israeli researcher Yoni Ben Menachem, officials in Jerusalem rejected Melhem’s claims, describing them as “a collection of lies.” Israeli authorities continue investigating the motive behind the incident.
