Hungarian President Tamas Sulyok, an ally of former Prime Minister Viktor Orban, signed a constitutional amendment ending his own term. Prime Minister Peter Magyar says the reform fulfills his electoral mandate, while Sulyok warned it undermines the rule of law and constitutional democracy.
