📉 AT&T, VERIZON & T-MOBILE TUMBLE AFTER SPACEX SPECTRUM DEAL: Shares of AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile fell roughly 5%–8% in after-hours trading Thursday after SpaceX agreed to buy up to 14 MHz of paired 800 MHz low-band spectrum from Grain Management, which bought the airwaves from T-Mobile earlier this year. The deal, whose price wasn't disclosed, still needs final FCC approval. SpaceX said it would let Starlink Mobile become the first network operator to deploy both satellite and terrestrial spectrum. Musk called the purchase "the last critical piece of the spectrum puzzle," according to Stocktwits.
