Rivka Seginer, daughter of Rabbi Shalom Arush, mourned her 4-year-old son, Shalom, during his funeral Tuesday after he drowned in a swimming pool while on a family trip to Mexico. “Your name is Shalom, and you spread peace in the world,” Seginer said. “I was privileged to be your mother. Thank you for choosing me.” She also asked her son to pray for the family and for his father “that he will not break.”
