⚖️ ELON MUSK WON’T FACE ELECTION BRIBERY CHARGES: Wisconsin prosecutor Tim Gruenke announced Tuesday that Elon Musk will not face charges over allegations of election bribery tied to the 2025 state Supreme Court race. Gruenke said Musk’s initial post could have been interpreted as offering payment for voting, but a second post about 12 hours later clarified that eligibility was based on signing a petition opposing “activist judges.” He concluded that no one received anything of value for voting or promising to vote and that a jury was unlikely to convict. Musk and groups he backed spent at least $20 million supporting Brad Schimel, who ultimately lost to Susan Crawford by 10 points.
