🇮🇱 TWO SAMARIA COMMUNITIES RECEIVE OFFICIAL RECOGNITION: Israel's Interior Ministry has granted official locality codes to Karmei Oz (Givat Harel) in the Mateh Binyamin Regional Council and Sachlav in the Samaria Regional Council, formally recognizing both communities across government ministries. The move brings the number of locality codes granted in recent months to 39 and enables services including community security coordinators, postal service and direct Mekorot water connections. Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich hailed the decision as another step toward expanding and formalizing Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria.
