The Toms River Zoning Board of Adjustment has approved an application by Rabbi Moshe Rotberg to expand Khal Zichron Yechezkel, an Orthodox Jewish shul operating on Old Freehold Road in the township’s North Dover section. The approval allows the shul to add about 4,000 square feet to an existing roughly 3,000-square-foot building, more than doubling the size of the facility. The properties are at 1865 and 1871 Old Freehold Road.
