Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will travel to New York later this month to address the United Nations General Assembly despite Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s call for New Yorkers to protest his visit, Israel’s ambassador to the U.N. said. “Instead of uniting the city and maintaining public order and safety, Mamdani chooses to incite and promote chaos. No protest and no provocation will change that.”
