The European Commission has fined AliExpress €550 million ($629 million) under the EU's Digital Services Act (DSA), the largest penalty issued under the law. AliExpress must submit a compliance plan by October 20 or face additional penalties. The company called the fine disproportionate and is reviewing its legal options.
