*WATCH:* New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani declined to say when he plans to officially launch a new push to expand his "tax the rich" agenda, despite speculation it could come before November. Asked whether he has discussed the proposal with Gov. Kathy Hochul and if the effort would begin before November, Mamdani avoided a timeline, saying only: "The conversations I've been having with the governor... are about the here and now."
