Israel’s Foreign Ministry on Monday condemned the harassment of an Israeli-Turkish woman by pro-Palestinian activists at a shopping mall in Istanbul, accusing Turkey of allowing hostility toward Israelis to flourish. Claudia Medina Halfon was surrounded by about 20 to 25 activists at the Istinye Park mall on Sunday, where they shouted accusations and anti-Israel slogans, according to local reports. Security personnel escorted her out of the mall. Turkish authorities have opened an investigation into the incident.
