Iran reportedly says it will not negotiate with the U.S. until Washington takes trust-building steps and meets Tehran's conditions, Iran's top security official Mohsen Rezaei told Pakistani army chief Asim Munir in Tehran, according to Iranian State TV. The remarks came hours after Qatari-owned Al-Araby Al-Jadeed reported that Munir was carrying a Qatari-Pakistani compromise proposal with U.S. approval and earlier Iranian consent. Rezaei reportedly also told Munir that Iran will not send "even a single particle" of its enriched nuclear material out of the country, calling the material a national asset meant for use inside Iran.
