WATCH: DOJ CHARGES 28 NON-CITIZENS WITH ELECTION FRAUD: The Justice Department announced Monday that 28 foreign nationals in California have been charged with illegally registering to vote, with 11 arrested during a statewide operation dubbed “Operation Protect the Vote.” All 28 are green card holders, and prosecutors allege that most also cast illegal ballots in U.S. elections. The charges include fraudulent voter registration and false statements about citizenship.
