Surfside Mayor Shlomo Danzinger said Monday, the man accused of beating a visibly Jewish man last weekm had previously harassed Jews in the area, including allegedly chasing and threatening people near The Shul of Bal Harbour. Danzinger told VIN News that the accused man’s employer did the right thing by terminating him after learning of the incident.
